"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work. She emphasizes that Certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that HomeServe stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

"Earning Great Place To Work certification for the 11th time is a milestone that fills me with tremendous pride, not because of the number itself but because of what it represents," said Tom Rusin, CEO of HomeServe North America. "Every year, we ask our people to share honest feedback, and every year, we listen and act on what they tell us. This year's results reflect real progress and showcase our shared pride and camaraderie and a workforce that overwhelmingly believes we put customers at the heart of everything we do. It’s proof that when you invest in your people, they invest right back. We're using this data to keep building a culture where everyone, regardless of their role, location or background, can thrive, grow and do the best work of their careers."
