Nashville Electric Service Introduces Home Repair Service Program to Area Homeowners

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Nashville Electric Service announced today a new partnership with HomeServe, a leading provider of home service solutions that offers optional home repair service plans to help homeowner customers in our community reduce the inconvenience of and save money on urgent repairs.

“When something goes wrong in your home, it can be inconvenient, financially stressful and worrying,” said Brenton Montgomery, Customer Insights and Programs Manager. “With this program, our customers can opt into a suite of home repair service plans that will help alleviate some of the challenges that come along with an unexpected home repair. This is another way Nashville Electric Service is looking out for our community every day.”

The subscription-based service plans from HomeServe are designed to help cover critical components in the home, including electrical, HVAC and water heating systems. The program will begin with service plans for repairs to customer-owned equipment that connects their home to Nashville Electric Service’s electrical system. Participation in the program is voluntary, and homeowners are under no obligation to sign up. Plan holders will have access to HomeServe’s repair hotline, which is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to schedule a repair. HomeServe will dispatch a local and reliable professional to perform the covered repairs.
